Well, here I am once again hoping to release my mind of some inspirational thoughts, thoughts I might add that just came to me whilst drinking my whey protein drink!

Are you someone that likes to be spontanious i.e. not have a routine? For some people that is a good thing but not me no, I like to live by routine hey, live and let live as the saying goes. I like sticking to a routine as it means that can get certain things done and if that routine suddenly breaks then I suddenly enter the world of not bothering!

I am borderline Aspergers and so I suppose that is another reason that I escape into my regular routines whether it be having a particular type of breakfast at a certain time of day or never changing mugs when enjoying a cup of tea!

Sometimes I wish that I could just change things and do something totally new and exciting but then those fearful thoughts start to take over. It is then that I say, 'what the hell!' and escape back into my comfort zone of reading lots of different books and just generally relaxing.

Routines definitely work for me when it comes to health and fitness. I love my regular routine of going to the gym three times per week and cycling two times per week. If I did not have this routine then I think that I would struggle to keep fit, exercising as and when just would not work for me. I think I have come to know myself through my regular routines.

Yes, I am definitely some kind of escape artist! That's to say that I escape from the world and that is fine. I gain immense comfort from books and reading.

I think I can honestly say, hand held on heart that routines definitely keep my clock ticking over!
