not what you're missing.

Music, meditation, cycling, dance--
Find something to make you smile and prance.

Aromatherapy, massage, a relaxing swim,
Know ways to cope with the world you're in.

Try to accept the tribulations of each day,
and let your tension float away.
Develop coping skills to manage stress
and consciously lessen daily duress.
Practising this will help you deal with any major mess.

Integrity, kindness, compassion, joy--
attributes we would do well to employ.
Mercy, generosity, understanding, love--
qualities we're blessed with from above.

It's not easy to adopt these ideals
but at least try to appreciate how others feel.

Be the master of your domain.
Exercise calm and you will reign.
From anger, try to refrain.
