Hello world...I'm passionate, 32, I have 2 gorgeous children. I am new to blogging, and am loving that it gives me a chance to express my views, share my story and perhaps a little laughter and sparkle from time to time. I love to write.

Finding time to write has been tough, but it's too ingrained to stop now. The problem is going back to finish works I started three years ago while the shiny new thing jumps up and down and screams my name.

Darren Scanlon was born in 1965 and lives in the Northwest of England. A typical 'northern lad', his sarcastic, tongue-in-cheek humour and writing style has earned him 5 Star Ratings on Amazon for both his novels and his poetry which he has been writing since the age of 18 and is published on websites including High On Poems where he has achieved much success and great reviews:
