I write stories about the life I wish I had. I write love stories while I cry to Ed Sheeran, I write poetry about being black and heartbroken and black & heartbroken, I write essays and make observation charts about the behaviours of the popular kids at my school. I just write. Cause I have a lot to say.

I am Canadian, but I spent ten years of my childhood living in Southern Malawi working with orphans and the needy. I use writing to figure out what I am thinking and feeling and try to make sense of the world around me.
