I am many things.

I am a woman, old enough to drink, vote and or drive a car anywhere in the world. I am young at heart or at the very least young enough to know what twerking is and yet be repulsed by it when I see it. I am mature, which by my definition means I have life experience and accumulated wisdom but also many years left before they send me an application to the red hat society or my pension plan.

I am a Canadian.

I am a mother and a wife and the people in my life honour and humble me with their greatness everyday.

Professionally I am a social worker which essentially means I want the world to be a better place and I am willing to do my part in an effort to make that happen.

I am a person who falls down, but who every time gets back up.

I am a helper, I am a teacher and because of the above and so much more I am here
