Hello readers! Today I am going to tell you about my new activity I have taken up last summer. I started going to the gym. One of the reasons is that recently I didn't fell well with my phisical body, I was a little fat because I didn't do any sport and my meals didn't are very healthy. Well, all started las summer when one of my friends convinced me to go to a swimming pool that they have a gym too. And one day I went there and I liked it so much. I started doing Zumba because it was very famous and everybody would dance it. But not only I changed doing sport, I also ate healthy to be less fat. My first experience doing sport was very energetic!
