When I started doing sport, not only I did Zumba, with my friend we also went to tonification classes or tonification inside the swimmingpool too. One day we did Zumba inside the swimmingpool, it was much difficult but we had fun. Another day we went to do spinning, but it was the worse class, I didn't like it. The class I like the most was Zumba because you have fun and you can disconnect from all during one hour and also you tonificate your body, it's great! Then, when the summer had finished, we continue going to the gym because since that day I feel healthy because I have burned lots of calories.
