7 billion people in the world
And just as many points of view
It’s hard to visualize outside yourself
and see what others see as true.
It’s just these 7 billion people,
all of them just doin’ what people do.
It’s nothing new.
Everybody on this rock needs to find a loving hand,
Are we searching on some lonely beach for a solitary grain of sand?
Before the hourglass has run its course, before this life is through
With 7 billion people in this world, how did I find you?
