Constrained,
in your small section of the world,
forgetting,
streams flow further,
oceans plummet deeper.

The valleys are wide,
and the sky is so high.

Claustrophobic feelings,
the world is too small?
what craziness!, it’s the biggest thing we will ever know.

Open your eyes, but not to look,
open your eyes, to enlighten,
realise there’s a beyond to what you can see

Where you are is not your home,
whoever let you forget?
you live where your feet take you,
so let them take you, let them run.

Take off the cemented shoes,
go feel the sand, feel the ocean, feel the woodland, feel the leaves.

Realise you aren’t contained,
you never were.
You are free to roam,
flow with the wind.

So go... go run.
