I was heading for the loading bay when I saw a co-worker in the vicinity entering the building... I probably should have yelled at her so she would know that I was there and possibly hold open the door for me but I decided not to do so... as I made my way to the office I managed to scare her so that had put me in a good mood to start my shift... I laughed a little bit as I went upstairs and headed for the kitchen where I heard the dishwasher admonishing a co-worker... he was a little impatient that day and was telling the guy to hurry up... he saw me smiling and he said to me “you see what I have to deal with”... I snapped my fingers a bunch of times and said “slackers!”... sometimes I think people take things too seriously and they don’t take time to enjoy life... I guess it doesn’t help that I occasionally will stir the pot a little bit... I have to believe in a decade or so someone will remember me and smile.

I had thought I had covered that transition... I said "slackers" because I was poking fun at the dishwasher... I later went on to admit that "I occasionally will stir the pot a little bit"... I immediately implied that he was taking life too seriously... I had previously said that I was smiling and that should have been an indication that I saw the humour in things. -
