It’s a very breezy halcyon non eventful weekday afternoon & you’re checking your PC emails waiting for the one you’ve been longing for regarding the opportunity you’ve been working for so long. As you’re reading it a call comes through on your I phone & you’ve just read on your PC that your hard work has come to fruition but this call from your I phone is from someone who’s phone number you don’t recognize & you accept it only out of curiosity.

The voice on the other end is creepy & shady leaving you with a very unsettling feeling that this is a con artist you don’t want to know. Your first impression is so right! When you answer it, it’s someone you never heard of saying that you’ll have to move elsewhere which they will provide for you & also have to give up your rights as a NYC rent regulated tenant. Your mind must be thinking that your rent regulated tenant’s rights are priceless & you must watch out for any theft of that.

The creepy voice caller male or female who’s hired by your NYC landlord is called a relocator. A position that entails being a hired landlord harasser who will stop at nothing to sell you a bogus perfidious story about having to do renovations or converting your apartment into a penthouse or moving the landlord’s relative into your rent regulated apartment. Don’t you dare fall for that!

Gather your tenant’s rights ammunition immediately & keep an acute all seeing all knowing trenchant brain on you! You’re the landlord’s target so be the strongest you’ve ever been. It’s also a mind control strategic agenda to keep you as a blind, deaf & dumb hostage used to do their bidding! Rubbish you mustn’t fall for that either!

If you have a lawyer you can trust make sure that lawyer won’t end up working on the landlord’s behalf & not your behalf selling you down the river regarding an unwanted buy out. Get a tenant’s lawyer. A buy out means a substantial sum of money for the buy out lawyer & don’t forget taxes that you would have to pay on a buy out or payout deal out of your rent regulated apartment, A move like that would mean that you no longer have your rent regulated tenant’s rights which are priceless.

You have a right to stay in your rent regulated NY apartment whether it be a NYC rent control apartment or a NYC rent stabilized both NYC lottery housing winnings. If you accept the landlord’s & relocator devious bidding against you, you will also never have NYC rent regulated lottery winning apartment or your rent regulated tenant’s rights ever again. You will have given them up for a buy out forever.

With or without a lawyer you must take up the gauntlet & immediately write & file a formal complaint with the New York Attorney General’s application against your landlord to the Attorney General’s office as they’re very good at keeping track of landlord harassment. Add all evidence against your landlord in your complaint. They’re also pro bono lawyers at law schools you might be able to get to help you stay in your rent regulated apartment. At the first onslaught of this unwanted landlord stalker relocator attack, you must write to the NYC Attorney General’s office ASAP.

At the office of NYC City Council Member Ben Kallos if you’re on the upper east side of Manhattan NY, there’s an effective free legal clinic for tenant’s rights in the line of fire from their NY landlords to put the pressure guns to their tenant’s heads for a buy out or some other legal tenant’s issue. Many landlords & their hired stalking relocators won’t take no for an answer which makes them dangerous.

You must also write to the Department of Housing Community Renewal & file your complaint with them. They’re also very conscientious & caring about your rent regulated rights being protected. Putting your input power at the NYC public advocate is also a worthy idea.

Your city council man or woman should also know what’s happening in your battle against landlord harassment. The NYC Department of Housing Community Renewal can also be the good guys in your bleak world of landlord harassment existence. They have investigators who know housing laws & will speak to you about your inalienable rent regulated rights which they can’t take away from you only if you allow them to do that!
You must do homework & research also on your own on line & by phone with 311 & also with legwork going to the NYC Department of Buildings in person as their website is never updated to find out if there’s a permit for construction work or a demolition project or a Stop Work Order in your building your landlord would never dream of telling you because he thinks your brain is made of rotten dead material & has ceased to function.

You can also find the Stop Work Orders online but nothing else but that alone is something that your landlord wouldn’t think you have the intelligence to find out because he doesn’t display these orders as he’s supposed to!

Yes it’s all a plot to do you in & a perennial insult to your intelligence. You must beat them at their own game! This is a NYC game of thorns & scorns which you will inflict on your landlord & his henchmen, not the other way around!

The NYC Attorney General’s office never get personally involved in your case as a rule & they do not represent the victims of landlord harassment. They communicate well & keep a record of all landlord threats & all updates from you, the targeted victim of landlord harassment. From the victims of landlord harassment, the Attorney General’s office needs current landlord harassment information about what’s going on with you from time to time if for example your landlord has made inappropriate threats or has done something menacingly against you which is unlawful. AG must know about it! Report & keep reporting to them as the landlord’s threats come in.

If you have said NO to a buy out, it’s your right to do so but if you say NO & they the landlord’s henchmen & women can’t take no for an answer & they continue to irk you & harass you, then you must call on your trustworthy lawyer to send a cease & desist letter because the police will not care or work with you. Filing a harassment complaint against your landlord is not what the police want you to do. They want you to suffer the slings & arrows of outrageous endless landlord harassment & if you’re beaten up or killed then the NYPD police will intervene but not before.

When the creepy conspiring voices talk to you by phone or text or email, they’ll always leave out the part about giving up your rights as a rent regulated tenant which is censored as they do not wish for you to have any tenant’s rights at all because they will do your thinking for you from here on in but only if you let them!! What is resonating in my article here is ONLY IF YOU LET THEM do this will they get away with this.

You can also block the harassers from your cell phone or emails. You have the upper hand prerogative to avoid all of this encroaching incursion of junk in your life! You can by law say No to a buy out & no one has a right to shove a buy out down your throat! It’s your inalienable right to say NO & stand by your convictions.

It’s really a pittance that will disappear quickly except in the case where two tenants, a gay NY couple who got a 25 million dollar pay out which is not common at all. In that case the tenants took the largest I believe buy out in recent times. That was indeed a lottery winning buy out very unique & not for the masses.

Ordinarily, the hired con man or con woman either wants to relocate you to some other apartment with your rent regulated rights out the window for good & move you into some God forsaken place you would not be happy living in or they’ll try to mind control your mind into accepting a measly pittance of a buy out or pay out which must be impenetrable to you & unacceptable to you because their mind control tricks are powerless. Your illuminating mind is just as priceless as your rent regulated NYC apartment.

Never but never accept a buy out check that’s handed to you by your landlord or your landlord’s committee of disrespect & injustice against you!You’ll end up with a bogus check for which your landlord will never have to do time in jail & with no apartment. Pathological lying runs deep & wide in these cases.

Their plan is to drive you mad with harassment & unwanted buy outs so that you’ll agree to move out & accept their stingy diminutive buy out pittance which will kill & bury your rent regulated priceless rights & chances of living a serene quiet unfettered life on your terms ever again. Invading your territory & wiping you out of your residence sanctuary is the name of their game. They are the wealthy cabal of saying no to your rights & your right to say NO. They would use the predatory eviction drones if they could get away with it & invade you & your privacy practicing a landlord’s version of terrorism against you.

You must keep a handy chronological folder of events close to you only devoted to the nightmare you’ve awakened to, the nightmare of landlord eviction drones slamming into your life slamming into your right to be you only if you let them!

This folder will be your paper trail. They want you to die so they can take over your place & gut it to smithereens & create a mushroom cloud of unbearable corruption in your life as you stand off balance but with the promise you made to yourself that you won’t be victimized.

Your phone & contact information is now up for grabs & your right to privacy & peace is now seized by bandits of landlord hired drones in human form as well as getting you to agree to their terms/ Distance yourself from their toxic conspiracies.

The unwanted offers like moving to another place you wouldn’t be caught dead or alive in or accepting a small pittance to that your blood sacrifice will be their lottery winning only if you let them. Your landlord is a devious blooter & brain manipulator because he wants to take your brain & swash it in his hand & implant all the brain washing techniques he wants to get you to do as he or she says & say YES to the buyout of little or no value. Don’t fall for it!

If your landlord tells you that your building has been sold your rent regulated rights will be still in tact no matter. You should also check public records & deed transfers or changes in the name of the one who has the deed. That way you’ll be informed not ripped off or scammed with revolting lies!

Little do you know that serene halcyon afternoons will no longer be yours to savor & embrace as a free NY citizen where no one can dare encroach your sacred space but the peaceful balance of your life is about to change drastically & forcibly disorienting your peace of mind forever but none of this will be allowed because you’re the possessor & owner of your tenant’s rights forever & no one can put that asunder.

In any case your Machiavellian landlord wants to kill you & stab you with an illegal barrage of harassment eviction drones that will disorient you but you’re in control & will manipulate your landlord’s eviction drones against your malicious landlord so that your landlord’s floors will be struck like a hurricane coming at him as his or her apartment floors start to turn on your landlord as your landlord’s floors tilting from one end of the floor to the other as your landlord with high 500 miles an hour hurricane winds becomes the victim of his own low thinking mentally deficient stupidity & degenerate schemes instead of you!

You’re controlling his eviction drones as he’s holding on to balance himself from the high moving speeding lop sided floors in the landlord’s home going at 500 miles an hour as you control & your tenant’s eviction intelligent strategy drones meant to teach a lesson to your landlord he’ll never forget ravish your now terrified landlord. You hear your landlord screaming “Help I was barking up the wrong tree! Stop the eviction drones that are now evicting me!”

Your landlord’s lop sided floors will remain lopsided high speed swirling floors as they continue to disorient your landlord & keep those lop sided floors sideways & forward on that lop sided high speeding floor your landlord’s fate has now created for your landlord as your landlord keeps sliding from one end of the high speed lop sided floor to the other screaming for mercy all the way! You hear your landlord screaming “I’m sorry I tried to swindle you!” You know he’s trying to swindle you again & he gets such a jolt on that high speeding floor.

You’re running this pandemonium drone meant for him all on your radar because you’ve outwitted the number one sleazebag in your life, your landlord & his entourage of sleazebags you’re also experiencing the same thing happening to them! Yes the cabal you weren’t meant to conquer because you’ve conquered with your most precious diamond inside your head your sparkling brain teeming with life & brilliant neurotransmitters your landlord doesn’t have but you have! He & his entourage wanted to wreck your precious NY real estate your rent regulated world your sacred sanctuary that’s your NY rent regulated apartment which is your sacred sanctuary. And now a number of apocalypses stand before all of these sleazebag degenerate scum landlords.

Now you’ve found out that the Attorney General’s office will prosecute your landlord! They will also prosecute the landlord’s relocator & fine him 50,000 as one relocator in NYC was fined 40,000 dollars. These shady NYC jobs are for the scrap heap! In that already mentioned rare unique one of a kind buy out a gay NY male couple in the village got a 25 million dollar buy out which made headlines indeed. Another buy out was 1.6 million both unique uncommon buy outs.

They will set an example of him so that no landlord in NYC will ever get away with so much unaccountable murder. Something more is in store for them. And then you lament how this awful outrage on the part of your landlord could happen to you in your New York of the 21st century when you thought you were the untouchable NY voter citizen of the USA & the world where your sacred constitutional rights would not be hijacked but that never happened & isn’t going to happen as you’re the human form of a peaceful intelligent non violent drone about to triumph.

You’ve seen the moving eviction drones & if all landlords could get their hands on these eviction drones they would terrorize their tenants in this way. This revolting incursion came to you as a man made menacing drone to your life & now you’ve defeated all that was evil in your life.

The eviction drone also took the form of the hired stalker relocator your landlord paid to harass & obstruct your rightful peace. Your landlord will never mess with you again as he’s now terrified of you & your counterpunch intelligence to fight his eviction drones which transform into the blissful drones of your convictions defending you every time.

Your landlord has also lost his 20 properties & will never be a landlord again as he will spend a long time behind bars. His prosecution has been cast. His assets have been frozen & never before has a landlord suffered the effects of a punitive action like this but more is to come. Unheard of as there’s no law enforcement law for victims of landlord harassment that work for the victims!

Victory is yours! You know now that the arsenal of eviction drones can’t kidnap you or deceive you in any way! Your landlord now screaming from his nightmare is now contemplating on your clever mind which targeted him instead & got a grip on the madness he wanted to target against you.

There’re fast moving shafts of lights in the New York skies right above you scanning the NY skies so quickly & you see these skyward shafts of unidentified lights flashing on your cell phones. Many people like you & Anita Venturi have no control over these surprise alert messages on their cell phones connected to the mysterious moving shafts of light in the NY sky moving speedily all over the NY skies. On both of your cell phones & everyone else’s is a message no one could have predicted that the NY Senate & Assembly have declared landlord harassment a crime under NY law & that all landlords accused of the crime of landlord harassment have been arrested & have had all of their properties seized & their assets frozen. All landlord harassers & landlord relocators must go to jail. Governor Cuomo has proceeded to get a victory for all the NYC tenants by banning NYC landlord harassment which is now extremely punishable.

For once the forces of the universe & the lawmakers made it right for the victims of landlord harassment as the eviction drones turn against the culpable NY harassing landlords. None of this would not have been possible if some greater universal force out there that is not divine but a universal force & a cosmic force out there & totally disconnected from the NY Mayor, wanted the tenant’s rights advocates & victims of landlord harassment & landlord abuse to win triumphantly as never before.

NY is abuzz with the mysterious lights in the NY skies which have brought the forces of light to the victims of landlord harassment & have decimated landlord harassment in NYC altogether. The villains are truly disempowered now. It’s time for that vegan scrumptious dinner at the Candle Café your friend & co-worker animal rights activist Anita Venturi promised you as she’s also aware that something extraordinary has unraveled in the NY mindset of lawmakers & the advocates for righteousness who were also somehow connected to the mysterious fast moving lights in the NY skies.
